How many members do I need to start?
There is no useful universal number. Begin with enough willing participants for the kind of discussion you want, and focus on the quality of the shared activity.
Do I need a daily posting schedule?
Only if it suits the community. A sustainable weekly discussion can be more welcoming than frequent announcements that members cannot follow or meaningfully respond to.
