TopFans stores account and profile information, content you share, follow and community relationships, learning progress, registrations, bookings, messages, and consent choices to operate the platform. Public contact fields are off by default and are separate from sign-in email. Private content and messages require authorization. Analytics use coarse daily estimates without raw IP storage. Optional marketing email requires separate consent. Request an export or deletion review in Settings. Retention periods, operator identity, processor details, grievance contact and applicable Indian privacy requirements must be reviewed and completed by the owner before public launch.
