TopFans provides access controls, but a thoughtful description, a carefully prepared file and a deliberate contact choice remain important parts of responsible sharing.
KEEP THESE IN MIND
Remove unnecessary personal details from text, images and files before uploading. Consider other people as well as yourself: permission to participate in an event is not automatically permission to publish someone's story or photograph.
Public, unlisted and restricted content serve different purposes. Unlisted means a direct link can provide a route to the material; it should not be treated as the same protection as private access.
Community roles and collaborator permissions should reflect current responsibilities. Review access when a project ends or someone leaves, and update public contact information when its purpose changes.
